Squirrelbite Avatar Creator Pack License

You are hereby granted the right for the commercial and noncommercial distribution of products derived from the files contained in the 'Creator Pack', as long as you abide by the following points.

1. THE CREATOR PACK IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE CREATOR PACK OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE CREATOR PACK.

2. You can NOT redistribute the files without significant modification. You must put in significant effort to create a new product.

3. You do NOT gain ownership or intellectual property rights to the files.

4. You can NOT claim credit or for any part of the Squirrelbite product and creator pack.

5. You are PERMITTED to license your derived product under the Squirrelbite Standard Avatar License

   • As the 'Squirrelbite Standard Avatar License' is fairly permissive, you can add additional clauses.

6. You MUST place credit to Squirrelbite on your product listings.

   • For example, in the case of a new texture base, add this into your product description: This texture base is made for the YA Squirrel by Squirrelbite.com
   • If possible, make the logo or text a link to the following URL: https://squirrelbite.com
   • Alternatively, you can link to the product page directly, for example: https://squirrelbite.com/avatars/squirrel

7. If applicable, you MUST place credit to Squirrelbite on the credits plane in the chest of each Squirrelbite avatar.

   • You must keep the full-width logo, which includes the text 'Squirrelbite.com' and the circular Squirrelbite logo.
   • For example:

     
     					'Avatar base by'
     					<the full-width Squirrelbite logo>
     					'Texture base by'
     					<your own logo, name, URL, etc.>
     				

   • You can credit yourself above or below the Squirrelbite credit.

8. You can use the included Squirrelbite logos and place them at a reasonably visible size.

9. You can change the color of the logos to fit with your product presentation, as long as visibility remains reasonable.

Furthermore, you are PERMITTED to use parts of the Armature of the Squirrelbite avatar for your own 3D models, as long as they are part of an add-on product, which requires the original Squirrelbite avatar base to be used.
